Amíg Te, aki táncol, létezel, addig Te és a Tánc nem születhet meg
Ha meg akarod élni a Táncot és Önmagad, merülj bele a ritmusba
És hagyd, hogy Lényedbõl megszülethessen a saját létezésed ritmusa

És eltûnik belõled a szenvedés súlya,
a lépteid könnyûek és boldogok lesznek,
és egyszer csak azt veszed észre,
hogy noha valójában mozdulatlan vagy,
valójában táncolsz

Like the cradle: its real essence is the emptiness,
