1987-ben Andi Deris alapította a Pink Cream 69-et. Az eredeti felállás a következõ volt: Dennis Ward, Kosta Zaphiriou, Alfred Koffler és Andi Deris. Hamar hírnévre tettek szert, több ajánlatot is kaptak különbözõ lemezcégektõl. Aláírtak a CBS vállalatnak (ma Sony Music néven ismert). A Pink Cream járt Európában, Amerikában és Japánban, három albumot rögzítettek Andi Deris énekével : 1989 Pink Cream 691991 One Size Fits All1993 Games People Play1994-ben, Andi Deris elhagyta a zenekart, hogy csatlakozzon a német power metal bandához a Helloweenhez. Helyére a brit énekes David Readman került. Õ egy klasszikusabb rock torok nagy hangterjedelemmel. Vele készítettek el 9 albumot, és 2 koncertalbumot. A stílus megmaradt a klasszikus dallamos hard rock - heavy metal.
