Hope fades in disgrace
when this world gets extinguished
in flames of a pollution hell
where the paradise of this earth gets consumed
by the people's unavoidable hate.
A nuclear dusk stains the sky with black
and over the earth the mythic fire
devours millions of eyes and hearts
in tears and useless prayers,
when man is destroyed by man
with the shine of a warlike hate in his pupils.
Through the unforgettable centuries of human existence
dying women have given birth with pain,
to a chain of decadence
like a myriad of children condemned to suffering and death.
When the gods have fled forever
to the origin of their mythic lie
and they have left man sunk in his own agony
writing with anguish the absurd history of life. |
