Tormented by horrible dreams
He decided to flee
To hang himself stay for nine whole days
For wisdom to have it received
His spine broke down and then accreted
Life came back to him
First oblation has fulfilled
Soon he will be free
The price of wisdom shall be paid now
The eye and life given as sacrifice
So he threw his spear
It forced into him
Cut and took his life again
Both dead and alive
Soulless he went deep down the tree
Of the world
Second oblation has fulfilled
Soon he will be free

The eye and life given as sacrifice
Under the tree the Giant awaits
Ready to take most precious gift
The allfather left eye tears out
And Gives it to him
He throws the eye into the whole
Into the wisdom's well
Final oblation has fulfilled
Now Oden is free
